Presidents Message
Dear VRMA Members,
I want to take a moment to extend my deepest gratitude to all of you who joined us in Orlando, Florida, on December 10th at The Wave Hotel for our annual gathering. Your commitment to our shared mission and dedication to the craft of vinyl manufacturing was on full display, and it was truly inspiring to witness the collaboration and passion in the room.
As we look ahead to the challenges the coming year will bring, it’s clear that the road will not be easy. The market is shifting, supply chains remain unpredictable, and consumer trends are evolving faster than ever. But as we discussed during our time together, the strength of our industry lies in its resilience and in our ability to support one another.
This year, more than ever, the importance of coming together is at an all-time high. Collaboration and innovation will be key to navigating the tough business environment ahead. From sharing best practices to leveraging collective resources, the relationships we’ve built within the VRMA community will help us face these challenges head-on and come out stronger on the other side.
I am deeply proud to lead an organization made up of such talented and driven individuals. Your contributions, insights, and willingness to work together are what make the VRMA not just a trade association, but a true community.
Let’s carry the momentum of our Orlando gathering into the year ahead. I encourage you to stay engaged, share ideas, and lean on the resources we have as an organization. Together, we can ensure that the vinyl record manufacturing industry continues to thrive and evolve, even in the toughest of times.
Thank you once again for your dedication and participation. I look forward to working alongside all of you as we tackle the challenges ahead and celebrate the wins we achieve together.
Warm regards,
Dustin Blocker
